Large-format lenticular printing

Start with the viewing location

A lenticular image is viewed from different positions. We match the image change, viewing distance and direction of movement to the site. A railway station display has different requirements from an artwork in a gallery.

Large formats and multi-panel surfaces

The material and image structure determine the size that can be produced without joins. Larger surfaces can be assembled from several panels. We plan divisions, transitions and fixing requirements for each project. Valentin Dommanget’s 200 × 150 cm artwork is one example produced without a join.

An underground billboard

The Walking Dead project at Alexanderplatz uses a large surface to change a beauty image into a zombie face. The original project film documents the effect as the viewing angle changes.

Information for planning

The intended size, photographs or plans of the location, the motifs and the planned display period help us assess the project. We discuss the technical approach, a possible test print and finishing. Installation and material requirements are agreed for the specific setting.
